Register your Company Online
You can register a limited company for as little as £12 payed by credit/debit card or PayPal on the government website in England.
You can begin your online registration at https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/register-your-company/welcome
Register Your Company By Post
If you would rather register by post, which will take 8-10 days you can do so at a cost of £40 which should be made payable by cheque to ‘Companies House’.

Register with Same Day Post
Companies House Notice
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we have suspended all our same day services until further notice.

Companies house currently provides same day registration by post, if your application is delivery to companies house before 3PM.
Your envelope (and any courier’s envelope) must be marked ‘same day service’ in the top left-hand corner.
However, an additional £100 must be paid to companies house for the registration to be complete on the same day.
